Selection and Training

The applications for mentorship is done via MySU until the end of April. The candidates who pass the first elimination based on their applications are called for an interview in BAGEM. Students who get through the interviews, have to attend administrative and academic informing sessions and psychological trainings before the Orientation Program.

Characteristics of a Mentor:
•    Maturity,
•    A sense of responsibility,
•    Humane feelings and sensitivity,
•    Being social,
•    Academically successful (GPA minimum 2.5, Term GPA minimum 2.00)
•    Clean discipline record,
•    To have Sophomore or Junior standing,
•    Residing in dorms
