Who is Mentor?

The Mentorship Program is a peer support project for the purpose of improving the psychosocial conditions at  the dorms and helping the newcoming students to the university and campus life.

Under the scope of this program, new students (mentees) are divided into groups of 10-12 and assigned to a mentor who’s in a latter year of university education. The mentor is the guide and group leader of these students through the year. Three mentors are assigned to each building. Mentors are paid a certain amount for every academic term.
