Academic and Professional Communication Support

Academic Communication develops Sabancı University students’ academic English and critical thinking as well as facilitates their academic and professional development through courses and other activities.

1. Writing Support for Undergraduate Students: 

Academic Communication supports all SU undergraduate students with their academic writing and career applications through its coordination of the Peer Writing Fellows. Undergraduates who wish to book a session can easily do so via the PWF booking link:

2. Writing Support for Applications for Graduate School, Scholarships, Exchange, Internships, and Jobs: 

Academic Communication delivers writing support for applications for all SU students at any level. The main forms of this support are seminars, workshops, and consultations via appointment.

3. Writing Support for Graduate Students: 

Academic Communication supports all SU graduate students with their graduate writing such as theses, manuscripts for publication, conference papers, proposals, literature reviews, and graduate course papers.  The main form of support is via appointment.  AC also organizes thesis and dissertation intensive workshops.

4. Support for graduate students helping in a classroom environment: 

In addition to formal courses, Academic Communication helps graduate students reflect on and improve their teaching through consultations and classroom observations. These services are offered by appointment.
